1. Passenger Safety

  • All passengers must follow the instructions provided by the captain and crew at all times.
  • Life jackets are provided for every passenger and must be worn whenever instructed.
  • Passengers should remain seated while the boat is in motion unless otherwise permitted by the crew.
  • Children must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult.

2. Weather & Sea Conditions

  • All boat and yacht operations are subject to weather, sea conditions, and government regulations.
  • Departure schedules may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled for passenger safety.
  • The captain has full authority to modify the route or cancel the trip if conditions become unsafe.

3. Boarding Guidelines

  • Please arrive at the boarding point at least 30 minutes before departure.
  • Carry a valid government-issued photo ID and booking confirmation.
  • Follow all boarding instructions provided by our staff.
  • Late arrivals may miss the scheduled departure.

4. Health & Medical Conditions

  • Guests with heart conditions, mobility limitations, pregnancy, or other medical concerns should consult their doctor before participating.
  • Please inform our team in advance if you require special assistance.
  • Carry your personal medications during the trip.

5. Water Activities

  • Participate only in activities approved and arranged by Seasoul Holidays.
  • Always use the provided safety equipment.
  • Follow the instructions of certified instructors during water sports.
  • Guests participate in adventure activities at their own discretion and must follow all safety guidelines.

6. Prohibited Items & Behaviour

  • Possession or consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
  • Passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be denied boarding.
  • Dangerous items, weapons, and hazardous materials are not permitted onboard.
  • Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the service without refund.

7. Personal Belongings

  • Please keep your valuables secure at all times.
  • Seasoul Holidays is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
  • We recommend carrying electronic devices in waterproof bags.

8. Environmental Responsibility

  • Help preserve the beauty of Lakshadweep by avoiding littering.
  • Do not disturb coral reefs, marine life, or protected areas.
  • Dispose of waste responsibly using designated bins.

9. Emergency Procedures

  • Remain calm and follow the crew's instructions during any emergency.
  • Emergency life-saving equipment is available onboard.
  • Our crew is trained to handle emergency situations and provide immediate assistance.

10. Important Notice

Passenger safety always takes priority over schedules. Seasoul Holidays reserves the right to postpone, modify, or cancel any service due to weather conditions, operational requirements, or government directives. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a safe and enjoyable journey.
