2. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment or the applicable advance payment must be received to confirm your reservation.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.
  • Government taxes, permit fees, and additional charges may apply where applicable.

3. Travel Permits

Travel to Lakshadweep requires valid entry permits issued by the concerned authorities. Guests are responsible for providing accurate documents required for permit processing. Permit fees are separate unless otherwise specified.

4. Boat & Yacht Operations

  • All departures are subject to weather conditions, sea conditions, and operational approvals.
  • Departure timings may change without prior notice for safety or operational reasons.
  • Passengers must arrive at the boarding point at least 30 minutes before departure.
  • The captain and operational team reserve the right to refuse boarding to any passenger whose behavior may compromise the safety of others.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID.
  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
  • Instructions provided by the captain and crew must be followed at all times.
  • Any damage caused to boats, yachts, or equipment by passengers may result in repair or replacement charges.

  • Life jackets and safety equipment must be used whenever instructed.
  • Participation in water sports and marine activities is at the guest's own risk.
  • Guests with medical conditions should inform our team before booking.
  • Seasoul Holidays reserves the right to cancel or modify activities for passenger safety.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation period and the circumstances surrounding the cancellation.

Seasoul Holidays shall not be liable for delays, schedule changes, or cancellations resulting from adverse weather, rough sea conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
